Once you receive your order and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you have few options as following: you can return the product during 30 days since the day of purchase in the original package and if the product was not used, to our warehouse in Israel, by carrying the courier expenses (can be sent by any way of delivery) and get another product from our list of the same value or by adding the difference in case of higher value. In case that you are not interested in replacing the product, you can send your purchase back to our warehouse in Israel during 30 days since the day of the purchase, in the original packing and in case the product was not used, by carrying the courier expenses (can be sent by any way of delivery), and you will get the full product cost refund to your credit card.
